Prior to its incorporation, Mr. Christopher L. King – President started its business as backyard furniture making. Thereafter, it opened an opportunity to enter into fit-out works on malls and sooner diversified and started into construction-related activities which until now met its continued existence and success in Construction Industry and we are now a PCAB License Double “AA” category.The Company was incorporated and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 1, 2012 under Company Registration Number CS201228084 as C.K. BUILDERS CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.Equipped with patience, raw skills, and determination, the company rapidly grew to become a formidable organization that counts high-rise building, structural works, bulk excavation, and architectural works as its key strengths. The Company’s fleet of acquiring heavy equipment, Tower Crane, and Dump Trucks, has rapidly grown as a result of the big-ticket project.Today, having the right mix of technical personnel, hands-on project management from the company’s president himself honed from experiences and complemented with the availability of heavy equipment, formworks, and sustainable technical personnel.
